This policy explains what the Talus Home Team at EveryPlace collects through talushometeam.com, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. It does not cover our brokerage's separate systems, the MLS, or other websites we link to.

We only collect what you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that is:
We do not ask for and do not want financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or payment details through this website. Please do not send them to us by web form or email.
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run Google Analytics. Three third parties do load on our pages and may see your IP address or set their own identifiers:
Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs.
We use what you send us to answer you, to prepare the home valuation or showing you asked for, and to follow up about buying or selling a home in Arizona. If you contact us about a specific listing, your enquiry is routed to the agent responsible for that property.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your enquiry is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and sent to Follow Up Boss, where our agents work it. Both act as service providers to us and hold the information on our behalf. Our agents and brokerage staff at EveryPlace may see it in the course of helping you.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling us on a call, or emailing hello@talushometeam.com. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will still keep a minimal record of that request so we can honor it.
Our home search hands off to a separate platform at tony.myphoenixhomesearch.com, which is operated for us by our brokerage's technology provider and has its own privacy policy and its own account and enquiry system. We also link to Zillow, Google Maps, Facebook, and Instagram. Once you leave this site, the policy of the site you land on governs, not this one.
The listings shown on this site come from the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) and describe properties, not visitors. That data is provided in part by ARMLS, is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and should be independently verified.
We keep enquiries for as long as we are working with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our business and legal records, including the recordkeeping obligations that apply to Arizona real estate brokerages. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email hello@talushometeam.com or call 602.610.3927 and we will take care of it. If you live somewhere with specific privacy rights, such as California, tell us and we will honor the rights that apply to you.
This site is meant for adults buying and selling homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and enquiries are stored in a database that is not publicly readable. No website can promise perfect security, but we limit what we collect and who can reach it.
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
